Terms and Conditions for Identify and Heal Webinar

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("Attendee," "you," or "your") and Identify and Heal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your attendance at an online webinar hosted by Identify and Heal ("Webinar").

By registering for the Webinar, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not attend the Webinar.

Registration:

Webinar Access:

The content of the Webinar, including but not limited to any materials, handouts, and recordings, is the property of Identify and Heal and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the Webinar content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Webinar is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Webinar's content, materials, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Identify and Heal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Webinar, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold Identify and Heal harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your attendance at the Webinar, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your attendance at the Webinar at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Identify and Heal is headquartered.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Identify and Heal regarding the Webinar and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

By registering for the Webinar, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
